Shipping Policy

  1. Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or unexpected supply or carrier issues, processing times may be slightly longer; we will communicate material delays when possible.

Your order may be shipped directly from one of our fulfillment partners or warehouses.

  1. Shipping methods and timeframes

  • We offer standard shipping within the United States; estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed, but we work closely with our partners to help ensure timely delivery.

  • International shipping options, where available, may have longer transit times and may be subject to customs clearance.

  1. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address, selected shipping method, and current carrier rates.

  • For orders shipped outside the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country, which are not controlled by Capsava

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, or events beyond our control.

  1. Order tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, and it may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking data to appear after shipment.

  2. Shipping addresses
    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may offer reshipment at your expense or, at our discretion, issue store credit for the product cost, less any shipping and handling fees.

  1. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
    Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, subject to any rights you may have under carrier or shipping insurance terms. If your package appears lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier and explore available remedies.

Where appropriate, we may offer replacement products or store credit, taking into account the carrier’s investigation results and any applicable insurance coverage.

  1. International restrictions
    Some products may not be available in certain countries or may be restricted due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to confirm that Capsava products are permitted in your jurisdiction; we are not responsible for items rejected or confiscated by customs.

  2. Changes to this Shipping Policy
    We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in carriers, rates, or operational needs. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted on our website.
