Approved returns under this guarantee are refunded in the form of Capsava store credit, not cash, card, or original-payment refunds.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return under our 90-day guarantee:

Products must have been purchased directly from the official Capsava website.

You must submit your return request within 90 days of the delivery date as shown by the carrier tracking information.

Certain items may be non-returnable for health, safety, or regulatory reasons; any such products will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit returns in cases of suspected abuse of the policy or excessive return activity.

Condition of items
Because our products are used for personal health and wellness, we may not be able to resell returned items. For that reason, and in line with typical e-commerce practice, your eligibility focuses on purchase and time-frame rather than the product being unused.

Store credit is applied in U.S. dollars and can only be redeemed on the official Capsava website.

Store credit does not expire earlier than any period required by law; if no such period applies, we may apply a reasonable expiration date, which will be disclosed when the credit is issued.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to orders placed outside of our website, except where state law requires small remaining balances to be cashed out.
This structure lets us honor our 90-day satisfaction guarantee while keeping operational costs and product prices under control.

Shipping costs and fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect or damaged items).
